Royal Hobart Golf Club is a private members' club founded in 1916 and granted its Royal Charter in 1925, located at Seven Mile Beach approximately 20 minutes from Hobart. The 18-hole championship course was designed by Vern Morcom and features over 80 fairway and greenside bunkers on a natural sand base. The club has hosted the Qantas Australian Open, the Australian Amateur, and the Australian Women's Amateur.
