Royal Queensland Golf Club is a private members' club established in 1920 at Hamilton, granted a Royal Charter in 1921 by King George V. Its 18-hole championship course, redesigned by Michael Clayton and completed in December 2007, plays to a par of 72 and 6443 metres from the black tees. The club has hosted three Australian Open Championships and offers a dedicated teaching facility and Golf Shop.
